Can't Upload Intro or Call to Action Videos

At first this worked fine.

Then when I would try to load Intro videos, every time I saved it would revert back to a previous Intro video I had replaced earlier.

Then it seemed to work fine again.

Now when I attempt to load Intro or Call to Action videos it gives me:

Request Timeout

Server timeout waiting for the HTTP request from the client.

Additionally, a 408 Request Timeout
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Even though it looks like it loaded fine according to the green loading tracker. But when I close the box the videos aren't loaded.

I tried to load both types of videos (which both are currently working fine in a different video) and both have this issue.

 

Anyone else have this issue & know a solution?

  The workaround seems to be to log out & then log back in... but DO NOT SAVE THE VIDEO.  If you do it brings back the original Intro or Closing video (assuming you had a previous version).
