Can't use duplicate video function

Followed instructions on video trainer - https://youtu.be/4MLNYtLUVyc

Where it tells you to click share, youtube, and then scroll to the bottom of the screen and below the blue button click "Reauthorize" - the "Reauthorize" link is missing.  (Note: My video already has a copy on YouTube, just like the example video the instructions used)

If I attempt to skip this step and go straight to the duplicate button, I can't.  Its "white" out and cannot be pushed.

Anyone know a work around?
