Screen Blank!!!

I just bought and installed Index Checker 2.0 and Proxy Scraper. When I launch either program I get the top menu but the rest of the screen is blank (see screen shot).

 

If anyone else had this experience and/or could share advice with me on how to resolve this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

  My copy is the same.  So what is the fix?
